Yes! We offer complimentary consultations for new members to discuss your goals and determine the best programme for you. We also have trial options for our group classes.

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being deducted from your package. Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we have limited parking spaces directly outside our studio on Capel Street. There are also several public car parks within walking distance for longer sessions.
